ICYMI, Deciem, the company behind cult-favorite crazy affordable skincare brand The Ordinary, has shut down. Founder Brand Truaxe announced the news that he’s putting a halt on operations for at lease two months on Monday via Instagram.
The bad news is that as of Wednesday afternoon, almost all of Deciem’s stores around the world were closed. However, there is some good news: You can still purchase products through The Ordinary’s websites, and select products are still in stock at Beautylish. It’s unclear how long orders will actually be fulfilled. InStyle reached out to Deciem to find out when they’ll stop shipping orders placed on the company’s website, and received a bounce-back email.
