Worried about impressing your in-laws? Here’s a suggestion: get a dog.
People fawn over canines, and Queen Elizabeth II is no exception. The lead British royal is known for her love of Corgis—she’s bred several of the short-legged pups, the last of which died in April—and now she’s cozying up to a new dog that’s just joined the royal family: Meghan Markle’s four-legged friend, Guy.
The Duchess of Sussex adopted Guy the Beagle in Toronto several years ago, and she moved the 17-pound pup with her when she took up shelter at Kensington Palace to live with Prince Harry. Guy originates from Kentucky, but it looks like his Southern charm has officially been replaced with royally British behavior.
